Connecting standards and policy to shape trusted global digital frameworks

Driving policy through standards

ETSI plays a key role in shaping digital policies by connecting technical expertise with policymakers and governments worldwide.

Through its Policy Affairs activities, ETSI supports the development of effective, aligned and forward-looking regulatory frameworks for digital technologies, at European and international levels.

What we do:

Supporting European policies

Engage with policy makers and governmental officials at national, European and international levels – which includes driving ETSI’s contributions to EU policies and collaboration with EU institutions, the HLF and other fora (MSP, CoS, etc.), and EFTA.
