ETSI is organizing the first Inter Law Enforcement Monitoring Facility (LEMF) Handover Interface (ILHI) interoperability Plugtestsā„¢ event. This event will be located in the ETSI premises in Sophia-Antipolis from 1 to 5 July 2019.

This event will focus on the cross-border data exchange for electronic evidence, based on the specification developed by the ETSI Committee in charge of Lawful Interception. This standard supports European Investigation Orders related to Lawful Interception and Retained Data.

It will be the first time that vendors of Law Enforcement Monitoring Facilities get together to exchange data from different countries using ETSI standards to help them comply with the law.

The event is open to Law Enforcement Authorities and to all vendors of LEMFs.

The format of the event will be lab tests conducted in the premises of ETSI.

REGISTRATION

All participants must register to the event. After registration, participants will be invited to the preparation conference calls and be subscribed to the Plugtests mailing list dedicated to the event. Upon signature of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), the participants will receive their credentials for the dedicated Plugtests WIKI.

The deadline to register is 3 May 2019.

Each first person in a company to register to this event is de facto the official contact, who can add new participants from this company (with the credentials received upon first registration).

NDA

When registering to the Plugtests event, participating organisations will receive a non-disclosure agreement to sign.

Upon signature of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) sent to the official contact, the participants will receive their credentials for the WIKI dedicated to the event.

Participants will not be allowed to participate in the event if the NDA has not been signed by a representative of their company.

The deadline to return the signed NDAs to ETSI is 10 June 2019.
