Originally a developer, I had the opportunity to shift towards the field of testing almost four years ago. Currently, I hold the position of test manager while continuing to automate part of the testing at the IT department of France Travail. My main role involves supporting agile teams, guiding them on best testing practices, and encouraging a move towards automation. I particularly enjoy overseeing projects, sharing knowledge, and watching teams become progressively autonomous.
