ETSI Ambassador for Cybersecurity Balkans

Bruno sees his role as an ETSI Ambassador as a bridge between the open-source engineering community and the world of formal standardisation. As Rapporteur for an ETSI cybersecurity standard under the Cyber Resilience Act, he has experienced first-hand how standards turn good technology into trusted, interoperable products.

His focus is connecting developers, companies, and newcomers – especially across Croatia and the Western Balkans – with ETSI’s work, and showing engineers that standards are something they can help shape. He champions ETSI through talks, community events, and mentoring, in its own open, neutral, and collaborative spirit.
