ETSI’s Technical Committee on Electronic Signatures and Trust Infrastructures (TC ESI) produces standards and technical specifications supporting requirements for Electronic Identity, Authentication and Signatures. These are based around Regulation EU 910/2014, amended by Regulation 2024/1183.
The Committee’s objective is to support accountability of natural persons (physical persons) and legal persons (e.g. companies, organisations) for:
