Tonghseng Zheng

Tongsheng Zheng is Director of Information Technology Services at the Bank of Canada. Over the past 10 years, she has held roles across multiple portfolios, including IT infrastructure management, financial market and banking operations, and, most recently, cybersecurity. She currently leads a team of Identity and Access Management experts focused on securing access to the Bank’s digital resources. Before joining the Bank of Canada, Tongsheng was a program leader at IBM Lab Services, where she delivered business analytics solutions and services for clients.
