European Commission - Programme Manager at the Cloud and Software unit (Future Networks, CNECT)

Juan Carlos Garcia works since April 2025 at the European Commission as Programme Manager at the Cloud and Software unit (Future Networks, CNECT). From Sept 2024 to March 2025, he acted as independent Senior Technology Advisor in Telecoms for several companies (NTT Data, OpenNebula Systems, Nabstract). Before that, he worked for Telefonica from 1990 till 2024 playing different technical roles in several companies of the Group.
