Director of the Financial Advanced Security Technology with Quantum, （FAST-Q）in Jiangsu，China. Member of the China Cryptography Industry Standardization Technical Committee. Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of CPS at Chongqing University under the Ministry of Education.
He has undertaken numerous national-level research projects, including the National Projects for Applications of Commercial Cryptography. He has published dozens of monographs and academic papers, such as “Post-Quantum Cryptanalysis and Standardization Research by the National Institute of Standards and Technology”
His current main research interest is PQC migration in the financial industry. Currently participating in the Ministry of Science and Technology’s Key R&D Program – Research on PQC Migration Technology for Banking and Key Infrastructure Information Systems, responsible for the framework research of PQC migration system in the banking industry.
