Dr. Garfield Jones brings deep expertise in cybersecurity innovation and post-quantum cryptography to QuSecure. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Associate Chief of Strategic Technology at the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), where he developed agency-wide strategies for adopting cutting-edge technologies and led CISA’s Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) initiative. Dr. Jones also advised executive branch leadership on federal policy for PQC research, development, and implementation—collaborating with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), the Office of the National Cyber Director (ONCD), and other federal agencies to execute key directives from recent quantum security Executive Orders and OMB memoranda. Recognized across government and industry as a leading voice in PQC adoption, Dr. Jones brings unmatched insight into securing critical infrastructure against emerging quantum threats.
