Dragan Spiridonov brings 30 years of IT experience, from computer repair and sysadmin in 1996 to leading QA/QE functions for the past 12 years. He founded Quantum Quality Engineering in October 2025, a Serbian consultancy that bridges classical quality engineering with agentic AI approaches, and is now the Head of Agentic QE @ Cognitum One.
A practitioner of context-driven testing, Holistic Testing, and Rapid Software Testing, Dragan created the Agentic QE framework and open-source platform, and adapted the PACTS Framework for quality engineering contexts. He built three open-source agentic testing platforms and shares production lessons on The Quality Forge blog. As an Agentics Foundation ambassador, he’s leading the Serbian chapter, organizing regular local meetups. His recent work includes publishing on AI’s impact on QA/QE leadership and speaking at international conferences about lessons learned from building testing platforms with agents.
