Donna F. Dodson is a Strategic Advisor to evolutionQ, bringing decades of leadership in cybersecurity, risk management, standards, and applied cryptography. She advises on quantum-safe security and resilience strategies for enterprises and critical infrastructure, helping organizations translate complex technical challenges into practical, standards-based approaches.
During her distinguished career at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Donna served as Chief Cybersecurity Advisor and established the National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (NCCoE), leading it as its inaugural director. She focused on developing cybersecurity standards, best practices, and implementation guidance that strengthened the resilience of systems and networks across sectors.
Following her government service, Donna has held senior roles in industry and venture environments, collaborating on advanced technologies and driving innovation in security.
