Cédric Seynat is an engineer, strategist and business leader with 25 years of international experience helping turn emerging technologies into commercially viable products and services in complex, regulated sectors. Trained in engineering, astronautics and space technology, he has worked across industry, government and academia in Europe, Canada and Australia. His career has taken him from scientific and technical roles into programme management, business development, corporate strategy and operational leadership. He contributed to major safety-critical space programmes, including Europe’s EGNOS and Galileo initiatives. At Starion Group, he works on strategy and product roadmaps in space and cybersecurity, helping define business priorities and support their execution. He has also supported early-stage companies in refining strategy, developing business cases and preparing funding cases for prospective investors. His work sits at the intersection of technical innovation, operational complexity and commercial adoption in demanding, safety-conscious markets.
