André Molina is the Secretary of Information Security and Cyber Security at the Institutional Security Office (GSI) of the Presidency of Brazil, and the Deputy Chair of the National Cybersecurity Committee.
As Secretary, he oversees key public policies and initiatives, including the National Cybersecurity Policy, Strategy, and Plan, as well as the National Information Security Policy. He leads the Government’s Cyber Incident Prevention, Treatment, and Response Center and establishes national and international cooperation and partnerships within the cybersecurity domain.
With over 20 years of experience in the public sector, Mr. Molina has held key leadership positions at the Brazilian Government, protecting critical data and systems.
He holds a degree in Computer Engineering, Master’s degrees in Cybersecurity and Telecommunications, and a specialization in Cryptography. He is ISC2 certified as a CISSP and CC.
