The European Standardisation Organisations CEN, CENELEC and ETSI, joined forces with ENISA, the EU Agency for Cybersecurity, to organise the 10th Cybersecurity Standardisation Conference.

About

The programme Committee, composed of recognized European Experts in the area of Cybersecurity standardisation, built a conference addressing the following topics:

  • Challenges and opportunities for the EU standardisation activities – Where are we in the global standardisation ecosystem and where are we heading?
  • Landscape of legislative proposals and their impact on standardisation – Cartography of European standardisation, new legal acts and their impact on standardisation.
  • Standards for CRA – a gamechanger for European cybersecurity – Update on the state of affairs, journey towards harmonisation, interplay of CRA with other legislation and its impact on standards.
  • Way forward for the EU standardisation – Interactive discussion on the future of standardisation in Europe.

The conference was professionally moderated and animated by Rogier Elshout from Moderating EU.

Target Audience

  • The conference aimed to foster dialogue among policymakers, industry, research and standardisation organisations in view of an effective implementation of the EU cybersecurity legislation.
