03 BOARD STRATEGY

A refreshed focus

Approved by the ETSI Board in December 2024, a new ETSI Strategy identifies three high-level focus areas. Delivery in
each of these strategic directions will be supported in 2025-2026 by the implementation of a series of projects and
activities endorsed by the ETSI Board.
