ETSI’s Technical Committee on Rail Telecommunications (TC RT) is responsible for the development and maintenance of standards for GSM-R and FRMCS (Future Railway Mobile Communication System), working in close cooperation and coordination with UIC (International Union of Railways) and 3GPP.
