Advert for a Project Coordinator
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to integrate our Policy Affairs Division.
Missions
This role includes the following key responsibilities and involves working closely with the Director of International Projects, other project coordinators, and the project administrator:
• Coordinate international projects, ensuring smooth execution and partner alignment.
• Manage tasks, resources, budgets and delivery timelines.
• Maintain strong communication with partners, internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to project deliverables, research, analyses and proposal development.
• Represent ETSI in project meetings, steering committees and international events.
• Handle project administration: scheduling, documentation, invoicing and tracking tools.
• Negotiate with suppliers and support financial monitoring and forecasting.
• Prepare progress reports, audits and formal documentation.
• Support and contribute to project communication, including content for press releases, presentations, websites and social media.
Profile
Candidatures are particularly welcome from candidates having the following profile:
• International Affairs/Cooperation/Business degree.
• Experience in participation in and managing European Union funded projects.
• Engineering, Computer Science, Physics degree or equivalent is also appreciated.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead projects effectively. Excellent organisation and coordination skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• General knowledge of the communication industry and experience in working in standardisation (committees, working groups) are appreciated.
• The assigned missions involve travelling in France and abroad.
The post will be based at our headquarters located in Sophia-Antipolis, a lung of greenery between Cannes and Nice.
