Advert for a Web & Media Professional

We are looking for a Web & Media Professional to integrate our Marketing Division, within the Communication team.

Activities

This role includes the following key responsibilities, operating under the supervision of the Chief Marketing Officer:

  • Website management
    Oversee the concept, structure, and updates of the ETSI and oneM2M websites, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all pages.
  • Editorial coordination
    Develop and maintain web editing guidelines, manage the editorial calendar, review and adapt content from internal contributors, and collaborate closely with marketing and communications teams.
  • Content development
    Identify and produce high-quality digital assets (text, images, videos, animations) aligned with the marketing communication plan.
  • Performance tracking
    Define and monitor website KPIs and analytics to measure engagement and propose improvements.
  • Community and brand engagement
    Promote ETSI activities online, boost community interaction, and monitor brand reputation.
  • Social media support
    Align website and social media editorial calendars, contribute to content creation, and serve as backup for social media management.
  • Email marketing
    Plan, design, and analyse email campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and media teams.
  • Purchasing coordination
    Manage requests and documentation related to purchase orders, quotes, and approvals.

Profile

Candidatures are particularly welcome from candidates having the following profile:

  • Experienced in Website development and management.
  • Experience with website tools and CMS such as WordPress and WordPress plug-ins.
  • Understanding of web dynamics between websites and social media channels (SEO, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity). Experience tracking web performance and KPIs.
  • Experienced in marketing content management (ideally in a technical environment).
  • Experience with digital content creation for websites and social media. Video and photo editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Canva).
  • Familiarity with social media, and community management principles.
  • Dynamic, pro-active, and self-driven.
  • Excellent office IT tools knowledge (Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Excellent command of the English language (English is the working language at ETSI; and all ETSI web and marketing content is in English).
  • Proactive and source of proposals.
  • Organisational and project management skills.
  • Team Player and positive attitude (glass half-full mindset).
  • The post will be based at our headquarters located in Sophia-Antipolis, a lung of greenery between Cannes and Nice.
