Advert for an External Event Professional (Temporary contract – 6 months)
ETSI is seeking an External Events Professional to join our Marketing Division within the Events team in Sophia Antipolis for a 6 month assignment.
Missions
You will play a central role in ensuring our presence at industry events is strategic, well-coordinated, and impactful:
• Identify and evaluate relevant industry events with internal stakeholders.
• Interface with and follow-up with event organisers and speakers.
• Contribute to securing speaking opportunities aligned with ETSI priorities.
• Coordinate the promotion of ETSI’s participation with the Communications team.
• Oversee exhibition logistics when relevant, liaising with internal and external partners.
• Monitor outcomes, report on impact and ensure effective follow-up.
Profile
We are seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in international environment:
• Experience in coordinating industry events or similar roles.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work across teams and with external partners.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
• Fluent in English.
