ETSI's Centre for Testing and Interoperability and the OSM community are organizing the 4th OSM Hackfest on 29 October-2 November 2018. The event will be hosted by VMware in Palo Alto, during the OSM#6 meeting.
This OSM Hackfest will allow new users to get familiar with OSM Rel FOUR and exercise all the main functionalities, from basic operations (installation, setup, common operations, etc.) to most advanced activities, with a big focus on VNF on-boarding activities covering Day 0/1/2 operations.
In addition, experienced users and developers will have the opportunity to hack into OSM, fine-tune, test and demonstrate Rel FIVE and experimental features on the OSM Remote Labs network.
ETSI and the OpenAirInterface Software Alliance (OSA) in association with EURECOM were pleased to announce a Joint ETSI - OSA Event on Open Implementations and Standardization. Preceded by a one day training on 11 December, the Joint ETSI - OSA Workshop: Open Implementations and Standardization took place on 12-13 December 2018 at ETSI premises in Sophia Antipolis, France.
ETSI, in cooperation with the European Emergency Number Association (EENA), is organizing the third emergency communications interoperability Plugtests™ event to be held in Europe with the support of ETSI SC EMTEL. This event will be located in the ETSI premises in Sophia-Antipolis from 28 January to 1 February 2019.
