Innovative ideas and best practices from users to users in advanced automated testing

This year, the international ETSI User Conference on Advanced Automated Testing (UCAAT) will be held in Munich, on 16-18 September. Dedicated to advanced test automation, the upcoming conference will cover testing in a variety of industrial sectors.

Jointly organized by ETSI Technical Committee “Methods for Testing and Specification” (TC MTS) and Quality Minds, a software testing company, the Conference will introduce the latest innovations in test automation. The event will cover cloud, model-based testing, testing languages and methodologies, web services, and applications of testing in sectors as diverse as automotive, medical, security and safety or cyber-physical systems.

There are numerous academic conferences and workshops on automated testing but test experts are in need of an event dedicated to addressing engineering and application aspects of test methodologies, and advanced test automation. UCAAT fills this gap” says Program Chair, Andrej Pietschker.

Tutorials and business cases showing large scale applications and innovative approaches will make this conference a fruitful and highly practical experience for all attendees.

This year’s event will feature a special session on standardization in testing, an open interactive session hosted by ETSI’s TC MTS on the first day of the conference. Industrial users, academia and standardization experts will be able to share their experiences and expectations on the need and role of standardization in testing.

Whether you are a test designer, an engineer working in test specification and automation, a beginner or a testing expert, a quality or project manager, come to UCAAT to share knowledge and best practices in the industrial use of test automation.

For more information see our UCAAT events page.
