Temporary contract (3 months, renewable)

We are looking for a Standards Production Support Administrator under a temporary contract (3 months, renewable)

ACTIVITIES

  • Handle the life cycle of a document from the early drafting stage to its final production
  • Manage and answer emaills
  • Organise meetings
  • Update databases

The role also includes actively participating in the fulfilment of departmental objectives. Other tasks include maintaining various databases, and taking initiatives to improve internal working procedures.

PROFILE

  • Good computer skills, particularly using Word and the Microsoft environment in general
  • Team player to join a team of 7 people
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential

The right candidate will enjoy working in a team but can also work autonomously, will be conscientious with a keen eye for detail and the ability to organise his/her work to meet deadlines.

The post will be based in our headquarter located in Sophia-Antipolis, a lung of greenery between Cannes and Nice, well-known as the French Silicon Valley.
