Advert for a Head of Controlling and Accounting
We are looking for a Head of Controlling and Accounting to join our Finance and Administration Division.

ACTIVITIES
This position includes the following key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and undertake all closing activities (monthly, quarterly, annually) with the relevant stakeholders (internal and external when required) to ensure timely and accurate financial statements in full compliance with the internal rules, French GAAP, and fiscal and social law principles.
- Participate actively in preparing the budgets, the periodic forecasts and deliver the monthly reporting.
- Maintain and upgrade the financial processes and tools as necessary
- Provide the financial support necessary to follow up on the operating subsidy and funded projects.
- Ensure internal control of financial operations
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with financial procedures
- Supervision of a team of 3 people

- Educational background in accounting and finance
- Strong professional experience in financial control
- Analytical skills with strong attention to details
- Organizational and project management skills
- Presentation and reporting skills - to structure and present results in a transparent manner
- Dynamic and self-driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in team management.
- Strong skills in English and French - oral and written
The post will be based in our headquarter located in Sophia-Antipolis, a lung of greenery between Cannes and Nice, well-known as the French Silicon Valley.
