Amateur Radio Equipment

ETSI produces standards for commercially-available amateur radio equipment. EN 301 783 Part 1 (EN 301 783-1) defines the basic technical requirements of the equipment and measurement methods: it is particularly relevant to test laboratories. EN 301 783 Part 2 (EN 301 783-2) is the Harmonized Standard that may be used to demonstrate compliance of equipment with the requirements of the R&TTE Directive.
