This main contact person will be in charge of: - Registering the company and all participants. - Dealing with the payment of the event fees. - Having the event NDA signed. Warning: To access the registration system, ensure that your web settings enable cookies. |
| 1st Step Register Company Deadline: 15 February 2008 |
The main contact registers the company for XAdES Interoperability Event and provides his/her contact details. Once this step is completed: - The main contact receives a user name & password via email. - This username and password allows the main contact person to proceed with the 2nd step of the registration process. |
2nd Step Register Participants |
The main contact LOGS IN (using username & password) From this reserved area the main contact: - Registers the company's participants. From this area the main contact will also be able to: - Add or remove participants of the company. - Proceed to the secured online payment of the event fees. - Modify the company's information and his/her password. |
| 3rd Step Proceed to payment Deadline: 15 February 2008 |
The main contact proceed to the online payment of the event fees by visiting the Payment section in the protected area. IMPORTANT: - Our online payment is a secured system. - You may cancel your registration up until 15 February 2008 for a full refund. After that date, you may send substitutes from your company but no reimbursement will be issued. - A participant registration is considered binding as soon as the payment of the participation fees has been processed. |
| 4th Step Sign the NDA Deadline: 15 February 2008 |
In parallel, you must ensure that your company signs ETSI's NDA. No company can participate if they have not signed their NDA. |
Login to the Portal |
The user name and password to the Portal will be sent to each participant just before the plugtest, if each of the above steps have been completed. |
