Participation Fees for the 3rd Remote XAdES/CAdES Plugtests: 500€ per participant (VAT@19.6% should be added)
Should you have register to both 2nd XAdES and 3rd XAdES/CAdES already, you do not need to register again.
PRELIMINARY STEP - Designate main contact person
This main contact person will be in charge of:
- Registering the company.
- Dealing with the payment of the event fees.
- Having the event NDA signed.

FIRST STEP - Register the Company
- The main contact registers the company for the Event and provides his/her contact details.
- The main contact will receive a username & password via email.
- This username and password allows the main contact person to proceed with the registration process.
- Register to XAdES/CAdES Plugtests

SECOND STEP - Register Participants
The main contact:
- Logs in (using username & password) and accesses a reserved area.
- Proceeds to the secured online payment of the event fees.
- Modifies the company's information and his/her password.
- Logs in for XAdES/CAdES Plugtests

THIRD STEP - Proceed to payment
The main contact proceeds to the online payment of the event fees by visiting the payment section in the protected area.
IMPORTANT
- Our online payment is a secured system.
- You may cancel your registration up until 6 February 2009 for a full refund. After that date, you may send substitutes from your company but no reimbursement will be issued.
- A participant registration is considered binding as soon as the payment of the participation fees has been processed.

FOURTH STEP - Sign the NDA
All participating companies are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as a condition of participation. There should be two signed NDA per registered company. The two signed copies should be sent at the latest by 6 February 2009 to:

Login to the Portal for Electronic Signature
The user name and password to the Portal will be sent to each participant just before the plugtest, if each of the above steps have been completed.
