XAdES/CAdES Remote Plugtests™ Event

The XAdES/CAdES remote Plugtests events aims at conducting more extensive interoperability test cases on  XAdES 1.3.2 and CAdES 1.7.4, as well as on the new versions of signatures, XAdES 1.4.1 and CAdES 1.8.1.
The test coverage will also be extended compared to previous Plugtests, with completely new testcases.
