Cost description:

There is two possibilities:

500 € per company which include 2 participants
VAT@19.6% should be added
Cost cover, participation to the Plugtests, Pass for 2 participants, including lunch and coffee break.

Another possibility to cover the event participation cost is to become a platinium sponsor of the TTCN-3 user conference.

The TTCN-3 Tool plugtests is taking place the same week as the TTCN-3 User Conference 2009.
If you would like too demonstrate your tools during the conference and sponsor the event, please see the Platinium sponsoring package which contains:

Platinum sponsoring package 3500 €

1. Participation to the TTCN-3 tool Plugtests from 2nd - 3rd June 2009
2. Presentation booth / stand
3. Company Logo on promotional material
4. Company Logo and a link on the TTCN-3 User Conference website
5. Acknowledgement at the beginning and closing sessions
6. Two person's free participation on the Conference
7. Sponsoring coffee break (logo in promotional material over the tables).

Registration Process

PRELIMINARY STEP - Designate main contact person 

 This main contact person will be in charge of:

  • Registering the company and all participants.
  • Dealing with the payment of the event fees.
  • Having the event NDA signed.

Warning: To access the registration system, ensure that your web settings enable cookies.

FIRST STEP - Register the Company

  • The main contact register the company for TTCN-3 Tool Plugtests™ Event. And provides his/her contact details.
  • The main contact will receive a username & password via email.
  • This username and password allows the main contact person to proceed with the registration process.

Would you like to take the sponsoring package, you can register but do not proceed to the online payment of the 500 €

Deadline for Registration: 7 May 2009

SECOND STEP - Register Participants

The main contact logs in:

  • Logs in (using username & password) and accesses a reserved area.

Follow this link to access the reserved area

  • Registers the company's participants. 
  • Proceeds to the secured online payment of the event fees.
  • Modifies the company's information and his/her password.

Deadline for Registration: 7 May 2009

THIRD STEP - Proceed to payment

The contact person proceeds too pay for the event fees through visiting the payment section within the protected area. 

IMPORTANT

  • Our online payment is a secured system.
  • You may cancel your registration up until 6 May 2009 for a full refund. After that date, you may send substitutes from your company but no reimbursement will be issued.
  • A participant registration is considered binding as soon as the payment of the participation fees has been processed.

FOURTH STEP - Sign the NDA

  • You must ensure that your company signs ETSI's NDA as a condition of participation to the event.
