The main objective of the tag interoperability tests is to confirm that mixed populations of tags (tags of different types and/or from
different
vendors) can be identified correctly by interrogators
provided by different manufacturers in the environment of postal applications.
The tests will be performed in a series of real life scenarios that will focus on postal RFID applications. The tests will include the movement of tagged mail bags and containers moving through an RFID portal, conveyor belt etc.
The tests schedule will be organized by application. A detailed schedule will be made available upon the registration closure and when the number of participants will be known.
Details of the test plan will be made available here.

On completion of the Plugtests a joint CESI/ETSI Special Report (SR) will be prepared, and published.
