PRELIMINARY STEP - Designate main contact person 

This main contact person will be in charge of:

• Registering the company and all participants.
• Dealing with the payment of the event fees.
• Having the event NDA signed.

Warning: To access the registration system, ensure that your web settings enable cookies.

FIRST STEP - Register the Company

• The main contact registers the company forthe event and provides his/her contact details.
• The main contact will receive a username & password via email.
• This username and password allows the main contact person to proceed with the registration process.

WARNING! Once you have opened a window for registration, you can not open another registration without having closed your web browser.

SECOND STEP - Register Participants

The main contact:

• LOGS IN (using username & password) and accesses a reserved area for:
  • IMS vendors
  • IPTV Vendors
  • Operators
  • Exhibition Booths
    
    
• Registers the company's participants. 
• Adds or removes participants of the company.
• Accesses the Hotel and car rental infomation.
• Proceeds to the secured online payment of the event fees.
• Modifies the company's information and his/her password.

Deadline for Registration: 25 September 2009

THIRD STEP - Proceed to payment

The main contact proceeds to the online payment of the event fees by visiting the PAYMENT SECTION in the protected area for:

• IMS vendors
• IPTV Vendors
• Operators
• Exhibition Booths

IMPORTANT

• Our online payment is a secured system.
• You may cancel your registration up until 25 September 2009for a full refund. After that date, you may send substitutes from your company but no reimbursement will be issued.
• A participant registration is considered binding as soon as the payment of the participation fees has been processed.

FOURTH STEP - Sign the NDA

• You must ensure that your company signs ETSI's NDA as a condition of participation to the event.
