Registration
Registration and participation is only open to full and board members of Femto Forum as current at the time of registration and at the time of the event itself as confirmed to ETSI by Femto Forum.
Participants must be contributing equipment for testing.
Company registered shall have at least one person on site at the event location.
Companies should respect the deadline to complete the registration process.
All participants must register for the event via the EVENT website. The registration and payment deadline is 20th January 2012 .

Press Releases: Only companies who actually participate in the Plugfest can issue Press releases saying they participated.
In general, all participants must be aware that this EVENT is not the appropriate place for marketing, sales, or other promotional activities.

NDA: All participating companies must sign the EVENT Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This can be downloaded from the EVENT website. Participants will be denied entry to the EVENT if the NDA is not signed. Final date for return of the signed NDAs to ETSI is 20th January 2012.

Fees: The EVENT fees consist of a company fee and an individual fee for each person attending the EVENT.

Company Fee: The fee per company is 4000€.

Participant Fee: The individual participant fee is 300€ per person for the 8-day event, and covers, 9 lunches, coffee breaks and one social event.

PAYMENT TERMS: On-line payment (immediate wire transfer, as part of the registration process). Upon receipt of payment ETSI will provide the appropriate invoice/receipt.

CANCELLATION: Any fees paid prior to the registration deadline are fully refundable. No refund (partial or otherwise) will be made after 20th January 2012.

SHIPPING: All equipment and other goods shipped by participants shall arrive at the event place no later than 9 February 2012 .
