Air Traffic Management VoIP Plugtests™3

This Plugtests, specially focused on Gateways between ATM voice legacy interfaces (analog or QSIG based) and new VoIP interfaces, will reinforce ATM VoIP interoperability by enabling, for Ground-Ground Voice communication Gateways, the identification of areas for improvements, by detecting errors and ambiguities within the current approved standards (ED 137 part 2) at the earliest stage, and finally speeds up the process of providing ATM VoIP products to the market in order to contribute to the implementation of the future European ATM system defined in the framework of SESAR.
The Gateways, objects of these Plugtests, are necessary to enable a soft transition from legacy VCS to VoIP VCS.
