PRELIMINARY STEP -
Designate main contact person
This main contact person will be in charge of:
- Registering the company and all participants.
- Dealing with the payment of the event fees.
- Having the event NDA signed.

FIRST STEP -
Register the Company
- The main contact register the company for EUROCAE Plugtests™ 2 Event and provides his/her contact details.
- The main contact will receive a username & password via email.
- This username and password allows the main contact person to proceed with the registration process.

SECOND STEP - Register Participants
The main contact logs in:
- Logs in (using username & password) and accesses a reserved area.
For Supplier participating in Phase 1 and Phase 2 follow this link

For Additional participants follow this link
- Registers the company's participants.
- Adds or removes participants of the company.
- Accesses the Hotel and car rental infomation.
- Proceeds to the secured online payment of the event fees.
- Modifies the company's information and his/her password.
Deadline for Registration: 6 March 2008

THIRD STEP - Proceed to payment
The main contact proceeds to the online payment of the event fees by visiting the payment section in the protected area.
IMPORTANT
- Our online payment is a secured system.
- You may cancel your registration up until 3 March 2008 for a full refund. After that date, you may send substitutes from your company but no reimbursement will be issued.
- A participant registration is considered binding as soon as the payment of the participation fees has been processed.

FOURTH STEP - Sign the NDA
- You must ensure that your company signs ETSI's NDA as a condition of participation to the event.
