PRELIMINARY STEP -
Designate main contact person
This main contact person will be in charge of:
- Registering the company and all participants.
- Dealing with the payment of the event fees.
- Having the event NDA signed.

FIRST STEP -
Register the Company
- The main contact must REGISTER the company for the CATIQ Plugtests™ Event and provide his/her contact details.
- The main contact will receive a username & password via email.
- This username and password allows the main contact person to proceed with the registration process.
Deadline for Registration: 31 May 2010

SECOND STEP - Register Participants
The main contact must log into the reserved area using the username and password provided when registering the company.
Follow this link to access the reserved area
They may then:
- Register the company's participants.
- Add or remove participants.
- Access the hotel and car rental infomation.
- Modify the company's information and his/her password.
- Proceed to the secure online payment area for payment of the event fees.

THIRD STEP - Proceed to payment
The main contact proceeds to the online payment of the event fees by visiting the payment section in the protected area.
IMPORTANT
- Our online payment is a secured system.
- You may cancel your registration up until 04 June 2010 for a full refund. After that date, you may send substitutes from your company but no reimbursement will be issued.
- A participant registration is considered binding as soon as the payment of the participation fees has been processed.
