PRELIMINARY STEP - Designate main contact person 

This main contact person will be in charge of:

  • Registering the company and all participants.
  • Dealing with the payment of the event fees.
  • Having the event NDA signed.

Warning: To access the registration system, ensure that your web settings enable cookies.

FIRST STEP - Register the Company

  • The main contact REGISTERS the company for B2B Plugtests Event and provides his/her contact details.
  • The main contact will receive a username & password via email.
  • This username and password allows the main contact person to proceed with the registration process.

Deadline for Registration: 30 June 2008

SECOND STEP - Register Participants

The main contact:

  • LOGS IN (using username & password) and accesses a reserved area.
  • Registers the company's participants. 
  • Adds or removes participants of the company.
  • Accesses the Hotel and car rental infomation.
  • Proceeds to the secured online payment of the event fees.
  • Modifies the company's information and his/her password.

Deadline for Registration: 30 June 2008

THIRD STEP - Proceed to payment

The main contact proceeds to the online payment of the event fees by visiting the PAYMENT SECTION in the protected area. 

IMPORTANT

  • Our online payment is a secured system.
  • You may cancel your registration up until 13 June 2008 for a full refund. After that date, you may send substitutes from your company but no reimbursement will be issued.
  • A participant registration is considered binding as soon as the payment of the participation fees has been processed.
