CEN, CENELEC, and ETSI, the three European Standards Organizations (ESOs) are pleased to announce the launch yesterday of the joint project 'eHEALTH-INTEROP', which will address the requirements of the European Commission mandate on standardization in the field of e-health. This mandate (M/403) aims to provide a consistent set of standards to address the needs of this rapidly-evolving field for the benefit of future healthcare provision.
