ETSI, together with LIST, organized the first F-Interop 6TiSCH Interoperability event, in the framework of the SORT project, funded by the H2020 F-Interop open call. The event used the the F-Interop platform for the testing, with technical support from Inria and OpenMote.

This event was held from 14 to 15 July 2017 in Prague, Czech Republic, before the IETF99 meeting. The testing event had the support of the IP6 ISG (IPv6 Internet Protocol version 6 Industry Specification Group), the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) 6TiSCH Working Group, and the F-Interop consortium.

This interoperability event focused on assessing the interoperability of 6TiSCH implementations.

6TiSCH

The focus of the 6TiSCH tests were on:

  • draft-ietf-6tisch-minimal
  • draft-ietf-6tisch-6top-protocol
  • secure joining

This activity was supported by the European Commission.

Registration

All participants had to be registered for the event in order to receive their credentials to access the WIKI and be subscribed to the mailing list dedicated to this event. Companies registered shall have at least one person on site during the event. The registration deadline was 30 June 2017.

Every first person in a company to register to this event is de facto the official contact, who can add new participants from this company with the credentials received upon first registration.
The event was free of charge and attendees were responsible for all other associated costs (travel, meals, etc.).
