There are a wide range of hotels and properties available for rent in the local area.

A list of selected hotels (hotel reservation form) and serviced appartments (appartment reservation form) in the Sophia Antipolis area is available. The prices have been negotiated for ETSI delegates and dxperts.

Booking a hotel

• Select the hotel as soon as possible
• Call the hotel to ensure availability
• Make all reservations in your own name, directly with the hotel. Do not use an intermediary (e.g. travel agency or airline company)
• Fill in the 'Hotel confirmation form' with the associated form in Word version to be completed directly on your PC and fax it to the hotel.
• When booking please check that the room rates correspond to those agreed upon by ETSI for the current year and reported in the attached list.

If you need to cancel your reservation, call the hotel 24 hours in advance to confirm the cancellation, and keep your cancellation registration number.

Please note that the ETSI Secretariat is not able to make reservations for you and cannot be held responsible for any cancellations or 'no show'.
