Getting to ETSI

A disabled taxi service is available.

The ETSI buildings

When you arrive at the main reception, you have direct access to the HERMES meeting room by following the indications (blue signs), on the wall on your left hand side.

To go to the meeting rooms IRIS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 amphi IRIS, and IT Helpdesk, take the elevator down to level -1.

To get access to the amphi ATHENA, ask the reception for the stair lift key. Go straight ahead towards the elevator. Take the elevator down to level -1. Continue towards the rear of the building and use the stair lift. Call the Meeting Support assistants at +33(0)4 92 94 42 56 for any help that you may require.

To get access to the toilets:

From the reception, follow the appropriate signs on the wall. The toilets are located at the end of the corridor on the left.

From the meeting rooms IRIS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 amphi IRIS, and IT Support, follow the corridor in the direction of IRIS 5. The toilets are located on the left just before the IRIS 6 meeting room.

From the amphi Athena, take the stair lift and then follow the directions above.

Go to the Einstein building by car following the blue signs. At the entrance of the site, please call a Meeting Support Assistant at +33(0)4 92 94 42 56 or the receptionist at +33 (0)4 92 94 42 00 in order to get access to the underground parking located on the right of the building.

Once you are in the garage, go straight until you reach the designated parking space. At this stage you can access the STRAVINSKY and BEETHOVEN meeting rooms which are located a few meters ahead. When you are half way to these meeting rooms you will find toilets and a shower. If you are not a wheelchair user you can park your car in the designated place on the left hand side of the building.

If your meeting is taking place in VIVALDI meeting room, you should, when you are in the car park follow the directions mentioned on your left in order to find the parking space reserved for disabled people (at the bottom of the ramp reserved for wheelchairs).

Call a Meeting Support Assistant at +33(0)4 92 94 42 56 or the Receptionist at +33 (0)4 92 94 42 00 in order to get access to the door at the ramp. Once you are in the corridor, follow the blue signs which are posted on the walls and ceiling until you are in the main entrance hall.

Access to toilets:

There is no direct access to go to the toilets on the ground floor. If you want to go to the toilets, please take the corridor back the way you came in. Call a Meeting Support Assistant at +33(0)4 92 94 42 56 or the Receptionist at +33 (0)4 92 94 42 00 to ask to open the door. Then, follow the instructions to get access to the STRAVINSKY and BEETHOVEN meeting rooms since the only disabled toilets are located at the level 1.

Lunches

The most accessible place for lunch is the France Telecom restaurant next to the ETSI building. Please park you car in the designated space in front of the ETSI main building or right in front of the France Telecom restaurant where there is also a reserved space.
